LSW “Live” practices are designed for all LSW wrestlers to get a full1.5hr-2hr session of complete “Live Wrestling.” This will give wrestlers another opportunity during the week to prepare for upcoming local/national tournaments.
Wrestlers will be encouraged to wear their own singlets, etc during LSW “Live” practice to get a better feel/understanding of what actual live match situations will be like while competing at wrestling tournaments during the season.
